What can you do to help make your equipment last longer? Air filters should be inspected once a month during the operating season, and cleaned or replaced as needed. Dirty filters can damage equipment and cause it to run longer and draw more energy, which may reduce equipment life. If you need help in performing this yourself, please ask our technician to assist you when we come out to do your clean and check.
Also, keep all planting and landscaping materials away from your condensing unit outside. These items can easily get trapped in your condenser and cause permanent damage to your unit.
